I’m Danielle, and I’m so glad you stopped by.

Oak Bay Drive is my place to document life.  It’s a fun one!  I am married to my best friend.  We do life together well.  We love God, love each other, and love our three little ones.  We don’t always see eye to eye and life isn’t perfect, but we communicate and that is key.  We laugh together daily and dream of life on the lake.

We are in our first year of homeschooling.  It’s been an incredible journey so far.  There are many tough days, but the Lord has truly guided my steps and given me more patience than I ever imagined.  I’m so thankful I get to be with our children day in and day out and celebrate their achievements, kiss them whenever I want, and snuggle when we read. 

The day in and day out of motherhood is a the hardest job I’ve ever had, but it’s the most rewarding.  I’m so far from perfect it’s not even funny, but I have the Lord’s grace, guidance, and love carrying me through each day.  The days I don’t start with God’s Word are by far the most difficult.  So grab your Bible ladies and get in the Word!
